Pierre Marcolini's 2023 Christmas logs

This year, Maison Pierre Marcolini is multiplying its pleasures with no fewer than four Christmas logs, including the Bûche Prestige " Fleur de Noël " log and three " Boule de Noël " logs, each with tasty, ultra-indulgent recipes. Will you be tempted by the orange crème brûlée with two-sesame nougatine, the hazelnut or the coffee log?

PRESTIGE "FLEUR DE NOËL" Yule log
This " Fleur de Noël " yule log is a masterpiece of goldsmith's craftsmanship, to be peeled back before discovering the treasure trove of pastry inside: cocoa meringue, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate frangipane with chestnut and blackcurrant chips, coated in milk chocolate and topped with smooth chestnut cream.

Count 100 euros for the Prestige "Fleur de Noël" log, to be shared between 6 people.

Then there are the " Boule de Noël" logs, available in large 6-cover formats or individual versions.

Bûche L'ENVOL
This log is made with a chocolate marzipan cookie (Sacher cookie), Sao Tomé chocolate mousse, orange crème brûlée and two-sesame nougatine.

BÛCHE L'OVIÉDO
This gourmet log features a hazelnut dacquoise cookie, milk chocolate sabayon, vanilla crème brûlée and caramelized hazelnut crunch.

CAFÉ BûCHE
This latest log, from Pierre Marcolini's frosted collection, features an almond powder Joconde cookie, a sobacha-chicoré nougatine and a range of coffee mousses.

Count 53 euros for a log to be shared between 6 people and 7.50 euros for an individual log.
