This year, Hugues Pouget unveils an exclusive creation: his Galette des rois façon Arlette.
Deliciously mixing almond cream, bourbon vanilla, caramelized pecans and dark chocolate shavings, this new Galette des rois by Hugues Pouget is topped with a caramelized vanilla sugar Arlette. Allow €49 serving 6 to 8.
For the others, fall for the traditional “Made in France” Galette. Made by the book, this galette des rois is based on raw almond cream made of almonds from Provence and Bordier butter. The whole is delicately spread on caramelized flaky pastry for the perfect crunch. Allow €25 serving 4, €45 serving 6 to 8 and €55 serving 10 to 12.
Last but not least, there’s no Epiphany without the Brioche des Rois, is it? Hugo & Victor’s is made of yellow lemon cream. topped with some jelly and candied lemons delicately place on top, this brioche will make many foodies fall for it.
