For the favorite time of the year for foodies, Lenôtre creation head Guy Krenzer, chocolate maker chef Marc Sibold and MOF pastry chef Jean-Christophe Jeanson have came up with a kawaii farm including five cute animals made of chocolate and a box filled with surprises.
The Taquin rabbit and Peluch sheep, the Rieuse cow or the Trompette pig... As many new friends for kids and fooding grown ups! And always based on thoroughly selected ingredients (Forastero and Trinitario cocoa beans from Sao Tome, Ghana and Tanzania, Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar) and no food coloring, of course!
Treats also available by the piece or in a beautiful box to share (€69) including a Peluche sheep, a Trompette pig, two Poussin lollypops and a box of praline eggs.
Or you can go for the mouthwatering Easter entremets created by Guy Krenzer and Jean-Christophe Jeanson. This festive cake is based on vanilla Bavarian cream filled with raspberry core. The nest decorating it is made of raspberry cocoa butter and filled with chocolates and small Madagascan Bourbon vanilla white chocolate and strawberry cocoa butter eggs.
Available in Lenôtre store from March 20, 2020!
