Enjoy the vegan chocolate tree (€55) made of vegan chocolate, blending almond, Madagascar chocolate, and chopped pistachios. Please note this creation is filled with vegan chocolate.
Or you can fall for the mouthwatering vegan and gluten-free Easter entremets "Douceur du Jardin Fraise-Amande" (€10) created by Guy Krenzer. This festive cake is based on dark chocolate from Ghana, Sao Tome, and Tanzania shell, two-strawberry compote (strawberry, and wild strawberry), almond cake, and Madagascan Bourbon vanilla plant-based mousse. The cake is then decorated with fresh strawberries, and almond-hazelnut crumble.
