Le Café Pouchkine unveils its various colorful Yule logs, offered exclusively for this 2019 holiday season!

It's a colorful Christmas 2019 for you at Café Pouchkine, thanks to the beautiful and succulent creations imagined by pastry chef Patrick Pailler .

Two new logs have been created exclusively for Christmas 2019.

  • The Tropiki Pushkin log

This white chocolate log in the shape of a cage, with shades of orange, contains a lovely surprise at its heart... It features an almond cookie, a mango confit with pieces of fresh mango, an orange cookie soaked in a white rum-passion syrup, a Madagascar vanilla mousse and a mango jelly.

Perfect for an exotic Christmas without leaving home!

Price: €80 for 6 to 8 gourmands. Available from December 16, 2019.

Beneath a white chocolate ribbon in the Bayadère colors so dear to Café Pushkin, the Bayadère Pushkin log features a speculoos praline crunch, a caramel and vanilla crème brulée insert, an almond and caramel pain de gênes cookie and a light Jasmine Tea mousse.

Romantic and chic, for those of you with a more sentimental side!

Price: 85€ for 8 gourmands. Available from December 16, 2019.

And that's not all! For the 2019 holiday season, pastry chef Patrick Pailler has also come up with a unique creation available only at Printemps: the 'Pouchkine Printemps' Haussmann dome .

This dome is set on a praline chocolate crunch, itself dressed in a golden lace of blueberry-scented fruit paste. It is composed of a 67% dark chocolate and hazelnut mousse, a fruity blueberry and blackcurrant heart, a light kirsch cream, and a cocoa cookie soaked in dark fruit syrup.

Price: €9.20 to take away. Available from November 19, 2019 to January 20, 2020.
