Do you miss tea times? Why not head to the new 19.20 bar at the Prince de Galles Paris to discover TristanRousselot 's delicious tea time to share!
In a cosy corner of the new bar or on one of the patio's intimate banquettes, you'll settle in comfortably for a gourmet moment to be shared by 2. In fact, Tristan Rousselot's tea-time is only available as a duo, unless you want to have a tea-time duo all to yourself. This formula, which includes drinks, costs €88 for two.
We start with a plate each of 3 savory proposals (earth, sea and vegetable) imagined by Chef Gérald Poirier. This is a departure from the usual club sandwiches, with 3 original proposals: sea bream ceviche, vegetable fritters and a duck roll.
We continue with the delicious and regressive nun's farts, dipped in a homemade chocolate praline, of course.
Next up is a set of 3 large pastries to be shared by 2. On our visit, we were treated to :
A fresh, melt-in-the-mouth brioche tartelette fig tatin
A crunchy and divine Saint Honoré
And a super-soft chocolate banana cake
You can also discover the chef's delicious pastries on the menu, such as his excellent Forêt noir or his Millefeuille revisited to perfection.
Please note that the tea time pastries are subject to change with the seasons and new creations. Enjoy it from Friday to Sunday, 3pm to 6pm.
