In a cozy corner of the new bar, or seated on one of the private bench seats in the patio, comfortably seat and enjoy a luscious one-on-one moment. As a matter of fact, you must know that Tristan Rousselot’s teatime is only available for two, unless you want a teatime for two on your own. Allow €88 for two for this set menu including a drink.
We each start with a plate of 3 savory offers (surf, turf, plant-based) created by chef Gérald Poirier. Here, no repeated club sandwiches but 3 original offers, some seabream ceviche, vegetable fritters and a small bread stuffed with duck.
We continue with the delicious and regressive pets de nonne (sort of donuts) dipped in homemade chocolate praline, of course.
Then, we get 3 large pastries to share. The day we came, we had:
A Tatin tart-inspired fig tartlet brioche that was fresh and smooth
A divine and crunchy Saint-Honoré
And some super moist banana and chocolate cake
You can also discover the chef’s delicious pastries on the menu such as the exquisite Black Forest gateau or the revisited Mille-feuilles to die for.
Note that the pastries included in the teatime are bond to change with the seasons and the creations. The teatime is to be enjoyed Fridays to Sundays, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
