It's time for the Yule logs of 2023! At Café de la Paix, we've come up with a major creation. The house has decided to pay tribute to the famous Opéra Garnier opposite.
This gourmet dessert, perfect to round off a festive Parisian meal, is a sweet and artistic interpretation of the famous opera.
In this creation, Café de la Paix pays tribute to the famous monument, which has graced its view for over 140 years. The log, a perfect replica of the building, is made from a dark chocolate shell. Inside, it contains a light Z-café chocolate mousse, a tangy passion jelly, a soft chocolate and coffee syrup cookie, and a coffee buttercream topped with a crisp coffee feuillantine. The whole is crowned with an opera glaze, making this dessert the highlight of the Christmas festivities, symbolizing both elegance and gourmandise.
