Yann Couvreur's 2020 Christmas log

Once again, pastry chef Yann Couvreur dazzles our eyes and delights our taste buds with his magnificent Yule log imagined especially for the 2020 holiday season.

As you'd expect, the fox is once again in the spotlight on this 2020 Yule log, christened 'Isatis, le renard polaire', and it's even cuter this year.

Comprising a cookie and pecan crisp, the heart of the log is topped with vanilla caramel and maple syrup. The dessert also features a pecan praline and a light vanilla-maple syrup mousse. The whole is topped with a chocolate subject topped with pecan praline.

Please note that this creation can be ordered on the official Yann Couvreur website for click & collect pick-up, and is also available from mid-December in Yann Couvreur boutiques, to take away.
