This year, the pastry chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France unveils three yule logs inspired by plants from all over the world for a delicious gustatory experience.

“Oiseau Blanc de Paradis” [White Bird of Paradise] yule log
For this creation, Nicolas Bernardé has been inspired by these surprising yet splendid and colorful flowers. The “Oiseau Blanc de Paradis” yule log unveils a lemon cream and lemon panna cotta paired with a financier cake and Piedmont hazelnut cream.

“Camélia du Japon” [Japanese Camellia] yule log
