Think tasty chocolates infused with flowers and filled with fruit compotes. Jasmine, rose and verbena marvelously combine with citrus fruit sunny flavors. We discover 6 unique flavors this summer, the yuzu-mandarin and lime, the jasmine-bergamot orange and homemade milk chocolate, the fennel-citrus fruits and dark chocolate, the orange blossom-raspberry and dark chocolate, the verbena-strawberry and dark chocolate and the famous Zéphyr rose-passion with milk chocolate.

Reminiscence of a traditional recipe from the North, the Melove Cake – Melo Cake revisited by Pierre Marcolini – mixes the evanescence of a marshmallow infused with delicate aromas, with a crispy lemon cookie, under a delicate chocolate shell. We love the soft heart, the lemony cookie and the crunchy chocolate with wonderful colors.
For flavors we can have the rose-passion Zéphyr, with a white chocolate shell or a caramel-milk chocolate and the all-things dark chocolate.
