Behind French Toast & Co., we find three passionates: Anne-Cécile Martineau, Nicolas Haelewyn (the pastry chef already hiding behind Karamel Paris) and Stéphane Dufour.
Together, they chose to offer, through French Toast & Co., a genuine gustative experience by betting on French toast to enjoy sweet or savory, the whole on the spot or to take away.
As a token of quality, French Toast & Co. works with products coming from local, sustainable and organic agriculture, and this up to the packaging made of plant material.
In terms of menu, evolving according to the ingredients seasonality, French Toast & Co. presents a sweet version, plain or served with maple syrup from Canada, artisanal honey from Miellerie Damine, chocolate or artisanal chocolate spread.
For the savory version, you have a French toast served with organic free-range eggs, avocado, free-range goat’s cheese from Laiterie de Paris, ham from Maison Gilles Vérot and ground beef from France.
