On the occasion, Yann Brys, head of the Sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has designed the Easter egg for Brach Hotel. Inspired by the hotel décor with multicultural influences, Yann Brys revisited the wooden African masks adorning the hotel rooms but with a chocolate version.
These splendid eggs are made of 62% dark chocolate from Brazil and filled with several sweet treats. Discover the Brach egg at the hotel patisserie from April 8 to 22, 2019 for €45 (limited edition).
But that’s not all since Brach Hotel also offers an exclusive egg hunt on Wednesday April 17, 2019.
Children and adults are invited to get lost on the floors of the Brach to find the 6 sesames hidden between the terraces, bedrooms and kitchen garden. On top? A chocolate surprise by Yann Brys.
Several sessions are held throughout the day. Note that each session is limited to 15 children. Children must be accompanied by their parents.
To take part in, (mandatory) registration from Friday February 22 on brachparis.com
