Easter 2019: winged chocolate egg by Laurent Moreno

For Easter 2019, chef Laurent Moreno came up with a wonderful and delicious winged egg.

In late 2018, pastry chef and chocolate maker Laurent Moreno has opened his first store in Paris, Le Bonheur. A store entirely devoted to praline where foodies can satisfy their taste buds thanks to the many creations such as nougatine praline, coated in 34% milk chocolate, cashew and roselle (dried hibiscus flower), coated in 34% milk chocolate or pistachio and basil praline, coated in 34% milk chocolate.

For this first Easter celebration, chef Laurent Moreno worked twice as hard and offers a delicious creation in tribute to cherubs – symbol of his praline store.

On the occasion, the traditional chocolate egg is adorned with golden wings. As for the composition, the winged egg is made of dark chocolate, gold powder and praline Le Bonheur – including 3 pralines to choose: walnut and caramel, pistachio and basil or coconut.
