Have you heard about Rachel’s Cake? It’s the story of three friends: American Rachel, Bulgarian Maria and Austrian Birke.
Together, they throw themselves into the adventure in 2008 and start creating, in their own flat, their famous cheesecake that is now a reference at Rachel’s Cakes.
Since then, the brand diversified and now provides a whole range of pastries, sandwiches, read-prepared dishes and even cookies, everything is always cooked with fresh ingredients!
After setting up their 2.200-sqm culinary lab in Bobigny, Rachel’s Cakes finally opens a store in Paris.
And it’s in the Upper-Marais neighborhood that Rachel’s Cakes opens for the many foodies’ greatest joy. Please note that all products available are made every day in the lab near Paris.
On the spot or to take away, Rachel Moeller’s great classics can be found, as well as ready-prepared dishes, salads, sandwiches and even quiches… The whole served by Birke.
