When there’s a heatwave, there’s nothing quite like an ice cream, isn’t it? And to leave the beaten tracks, let’s meet at Fruttini by MO, an ice cream parlor set in Paris 6th arrondissement, by Le Bon Marché. An establishment serving very special ice creams and sorbets. And for good reason, based on frozen lemons and oranges, the house offers sweet-toothed eaters to discover a whole bunch of fruits available with this concept… Kumquats, kiwis, bananas, strawberries, passion fruits, dragon fruits, cantaloupes, almonds, nuts and other pears and avocados, let’s treat ourselves to these frozen delights!
Ice cream creations that have nothing to envy to Cédric Grolet’s famous trompe l’oeil! As low in sugar as sorbet, as graphic as a Cédric Grolet pastry, these fruits will take you to a swirl of unparalleled flavors to cool you off all summer long. and a store open all year long, changing with seasons and serving at the end of the day a large selection of fruits accordingly.
Desserts the editorial board has had the chance to try. And we won’t beat around the bush… We loved it! We tried the almonds – the summer novelty served to foodies and gourmands – as well as passion fruit. A true moment of fresh greed, and flavors of a rare finesse for a pleasure far from being guilty. Speaking of almonds, no sorbet but a smooth and flavorful ice cream. And for passion fruit, we have all the flavors of the fruit, without the characteristic sourness.
