Let’s run to rue des Jeuneurs to discover Little Bambou, the new takeaway counter by Bambou – the modern Thai restaurant open three years ago. At Little Bambou, we have the same ingredients as the one that made the success of the restaurant but takeaway style to delight as many people as possible especially those who like to have a takeaway at home or at work.
Dishes thoroughly made on site before your eyes and with the purest Thai tradition, fresh and seasonal products, it’s a big yes. Inside, a clear and modern décor that reminds us of the restaurant and with this Asian touch on the table as the main piece of décor.
Moving on to food, we have dishes created by Antonin Bonnet. Sergent Recruteur emblematic chef managed to combine his experience in Thailand and his love for seasonal and terroir food.
Dishes start from €6. Allow €6.50 for a filled bao, €6.50 for the green papaya and sautéed chicken salad, €9 to €12 for some green curry (chicken, shrimp or vegetables) served with rice or even €7 for confit pork meatballs with spice we recommend.
The menu is simple but flavorful. Anyway, this is something that can change your habits, a good idea all the more so as dishes can be delivered to your door. Let’s not forget about desserts such as sticky rice or pandan custard tart.
Note that Bambou also enjoys a new bar, just across the restaurant, doubling up the surface of the terrace and the top speakeasy in the basement, to try if you want to enjoy delicious cocktails and tapas.
Let’s make our taste buds travel, shall we?
