To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Petrossian opens a new boutique in Paris. On the menu: the House's must-haves, comfort food and a selection of sandwiches revisited with a Petrossian twist.

At 128 rue de la Pompe, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, Petrossian is opening a new boutique, its third in Paris, to celebrate its 100th anniversary. Yes, it's been 100 years since the famous House introduced caviar to the French!

On the menu at this new chic, gourmet address are Petrossian signature recipes such as tagliatelle and caviar potato; plates of smoked fish, of course, but also comfort food: eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, soft mozzarella-caviar croque-monsieur and other club sandwiches .

If you fancy taking some goodies home with you, the new Petrossian boutique also has a delicatessen corner and a beautiful catering area offering, among other things, potato pie with truffles, traditional koulibiak, pirojkis and apple strudel. A chic aperitif guaranteed!

And for a street-food lunch, discover the brand-new Rostoff range of emblematic sandwiches revisited with a Petrossian twist: Pan Bagnat with smoked sprats, Strogonoff sandwiches, crab rolls and blini burgers are available to eat in or take away all week, from 11am!
