ÔFermier, this is the name of the new store providing farm products using a short cycle and about to open in Paris 17th arrondissement, in the Batignolles area starting October 30, 2020.
This new delicatessen directly works with farmers. ÔFermier has been created by Damien Bodard who has – on the occasion – teamed up with Ferme du Luguen, Ferme Chambon and Youenn Morice.
ÔFermier has forged links with 100 producers providing over 1,300 references and divided into several food universes: meats, fruits and vegetables, dairy, sweet and savory delicatessen, wine cellar…
All in all, the store covers a 300sqm surface.
ÔFermier also wishes to shine a light on French terroir products and gastronomy, supply a long-lasting seasonal farm offering including labelled products in the heart of Paris.
So, without intermediaries, ÔFermier offers a fairer pay to producers and guarantees traceability of food to consumers. Prerogatives for many consumers who are more and more to promote eating-well.
Meet from October 30 at ÔFermier to get your fill of fresh farm products.
Some producers will also be here to launch the store from October 30 to November 1, 2020.
