Simple, colorful facade,"grocery store, natural wine, coffee, cheese" in the description, on the corner of a small building... Welcome to Superfrais! Liquid Corp 's new convenience store is located on Place des Grandes Rigoles, just off the Jourdain metro station in Paris's 20th arrondissement.
In fact, if the group behind such establishments as Marco Marco, Louie Louie, Davito, Nodd and Octopus decided to set up shop in this part of the capital, it was to offer a unique new concept. Beneath its small vintage stall allure, Superfrais is a mix between a demanding, eco-responsible mini-market with fresh produce from short circuits, and a good-natured tasting counter or bar. From living natural wines and seasonal fruit and vegetables to a range of DIY beauty products and essentials, you'll find it all at Superfrais!
On the counter side, the same dynamic, and prices as sexy as ever. As little as €1 for an artisanal coffee, with cheese and charcuterie by the slice. Sandwiches between 5 and 8€, perfect for a lunch break. And don't forget the wine, served by the pour, which you can drink on the premises or take away, without hurrying. You can even leave your bottle in the cellar! Honestly, how can you resist?
The Superfrais convenience store is also a living space in its own right. On-site, you can enjoy an aperitif and a tasting session, as well as a preparation workshop followed by a presentation of the producers behind the authenticity of Superfrais. There's even something in it for the kids, who can enjoy an ice cream after school, for example. With all these elements, it's a safe bet that Superfrais will succeed in its mission to recreate a link between consumer and producer, as well as between residents of the same neighborhood. One thing's for sure... The Parisians of the Jourdain district are in luck!
