Chef Amandine Chaignot has created a new brunch, to be enjoyed every Sunday at Pouliche!

Paris continues to welcome new brunches to its restaurants. Californian brunch at Cali Sisters, Greek brunch at Yaya, Brazilian brunch at Uma Nota, all-you-can-eat brunch at Benoit Castel... There's something new for both sweet and savoury eaters.

Pouliche also offers a brand-new brunch, served every Sunday from 12:15 to 3:30 pm. Created by chef Amandine Chaignot, this lazy lunch costs €35.

So, what's on offer in this new Sunday brunch from Pouliche? On the drinks side, the chef suggests a fresh homemade drink, or Jonquille, the surprise cocktail created by Jérémy.

On the food side, three "mises en selle", including Amandine Chaignot's signature brouillade. Then there's the Sunday special, comforting and generous, perfect for those cold winter days that are fast approaching!

And then, it's impossible to finish a good brunch without a touch of sweetness. Pouliche offers a dessert to share with family and friends. One thing's for sure, it'll be a convivial affair.

What's more, with its extended opening hours, even late risers will be able to take their time on Sundays, before heading to Pouliche to feast on Amandine Chaignot's delicious dishes!
