Chef Amandine Chaignot signs a new brunch to discover at Pouliche on Sundays!

Paris keeps on welcoming new brunches in restaurant. Californian brunch at Cali Sisters, Greek brunch at Yaya, Indian-British brunch at Sir Winston, all-you-can-eat brunch at Benoit Castel… As many novelties, savory eaters and sweet-toothed can enjoy.

As for Pouliche, discover a brand-new brunch served from 12:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sundays. Created by chef Amandine Chaignot, this lazy lunch will cost you €35.

But what can you eat with this new Sunday brunch by Pouliche? Starting with drinks, the chef provides a homemade fresh beverage, or Jonquille, the surprise cocktail created by Jérémy.

As for food, three starters including the unmissable brouillade, aka Amandine Chaignot’s signature. Then, the comforting and hearty Sunday’s dish, perfect to enter cold winter days that are upon us!

And then, we cannot end a nice brunch without a sweet touch. Pouliche offers a dessert to share between all guests, family or friends. For sure, conviviality is the watchword.
