Shabour chefs Assaf Granit, Dan Yosha, Uri Navon and Tomer Lanzman got the mouthwatering idea of making us travel without even leaving Paris. Together, they created a new pop-up store called Shosh.
Passionately exploring their origins, the chefs have decided to make Parisians and tourists discover the Jerusalemite cuisine with two exclusive and temporary sandwiches with very exotic flavors.
The homemade bread – between white bread and moist challah – is golden brown and flavored with zaatar and is filled with super fresh ingredients to provide two recipes:
Both creations are available on takeaway to collect at Shabour restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., while we wait to discover what Shosh has in store once the health situation has improved. A great preview!
