Different ice cream flavors perfectly matching. Only two creations are available per week: a double-flavor ice cream and a homemade tea granita served with a scoop of sorbet, for a delicious and never-before-seen indulging break. Delicious ice creams served in a container, to take away everywhere in Paris and make the most of the summer 2021, to cool off on hot days.
Ice creams we have been lucky enough to try. Our verdict? It is so good! As for the ice cream, we discovered the flavors of the week, namely matcha ice cream and raspberry milk with grenadine syrup. The pairing of flavors is of a rare fineness, extremely well-balanced, and offering an incredible discovery of flavors. As for the Vietnam green tea and apricot/lemon sorbet granita: the mix is surprising and likely to delight fans of tasty flavors.
Ice cream creations likely to delight all foodies and gourmands craving sugar. Please note these ice creams are sold all summer long, until September, from Wednesday to Sunday, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. within the Peruvian restaurant set in Paris 1st arrondissement. The occasion to discover new flavors, as well as the ice cream-maker’s fantastic creations. Let us give it a go, shall we?
