On Saturdays and Sundays, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., this friendly and welcoming bistro offers you to have a treat for €39 per person.
For your information, Les Artizans is a lovely mix between market’s food mixing tradition and modernity led by Patrick Canal, and delicious and beautiful pastries created by Matthieu Mandard. At Les Artizans, one enjoys tasty produces coming straight from producers and wine directed collected at winemakers.
Have a seat in this warm place where stone and wood are given pride of place to enjoy an indulging brunch.
Let us start with the lovely bread basket from Poujauran, and flaky brioche by Matthieu Mandard, livened up with butter, crunchy hazelnut spread and seasonal jam. Choose your hot drink (coffee, tea, homemade hot chocolate) and one of the fresh fruit juices of the day. That day, I went for pear-cinnamon, a latte and hot chocolate.
Once the first part of the breakfast is eaten up, move to the cold and all-you-can-eat buffet. On the menu:
It is tasty and very scrumptious, but do not get ahead of yourself, a seated warm dish expects you after. As a matter of fact, you can choose between bacon or smoked salmon Benedict eggs (milk roll, poached egg, spinach sprout, mousseline sauce).
The vegetarian bowl: red cabbage, coconut milk quinoa, mashed sweet potatoes, cumin carrots. It is delicious and we highly recommend it whether you are vegetarian or not.
Or even the free-range roast chicken and mashed potatoes.
Enjoy some cheese before desserts.
Let us finish on a sweet note with Matthieu Mandard’s unlimited desserts. On the menu, chocolate mousse, pineapple, fresh fruit salad, apple pie, tiramisu, stuffed chouquettes, and even flan…
Are you craving for more? Note you can also get Matthieu’s pastries in the window for an extra €3.
