Chef Alessandro Lucassino unveils his dish-ice cream pairings at Le Meurice for a week

Chef Alessandro Lucassino introduces you to the dish-ice cream pairings he does at the Salon des Manufactures, for a week, from June 27 to July 1, 2022, at a pop-up at Le Meurice.

Opened last year in Paris 1st arrondissement, the Salon des Manufactures gathers Alain Ducasse’s know-hows, from ice cream to chocolate via coffee and cookies very soon.

From June 27 to July 1, 2022, the Salon des Manufactures settles a pop-up for lunch within Le Meurice to introduce foodies to the light and fresh menu of the Salon des Manufactures chef, Alessandro Lucassino.

Foodies can discover the chef’s fabulous dish-ice cream pairings including: multicolored tomatoes, vanilla and lemon, olive oil ice cream; burnt eggplant, wild garlic and pomegranate, pomegranate/mint sorbet, or the torched sardines, marinated cucumber, potatoes, refreshed dashi, mint sorbet.

Available for lunch for €75, the menu includes 6 courses allowing you to dive into the universe of the Manufactures Alain Ducasse with the possibility of being attended to within ninety minutes if you are in a hurry.

The chocolate know-how will be also highlighted at dessert with the Java Chocolate and tobacco leaf, Java ice cream. Tempted yet?
