Pastrami & Bun, the month’s street food collab by Moïse Sfez x Hirmane at Janet

This is THE street food collab of the moment, likely to make foodies’ hearts pounder from June 18 to July 17, 2022. On one side of the ring, Moïse Sfez – running Homer Lobster and Janet – and on the other side, Hirmane aka The Dwichtorialist, the street-food prince of Paris.

For a month, foodies can discover on the menu of Janet by Homer the outcome of this 100% street collaboration: the Pastrami & Bun sandwich. Available in limited edition, this sandwich is made of the best of ingredients.

Inside this little wonder, hearty slices of wagyu beef pastrami by Janet, thinly sliced, pickles for a nice twist, mustard sauce, and hearty onion compote to soften and sweeten it all, a nice slice of Swiss cheese for the cheeky touch and all this in a very fluffy potato bun, not too sweet, by Martin’s.

We can already see you drool, but careful: the Pastrami & Bun is available in limited edition (only for one month) and only 50 samples are made daily, then, you must wait until the day after to get it!
