CoCo's divine food pairing brunch at the Opéra Garnier

Head to theParis Opera to discover CoCo's delicious brunch on the terrace or indoors. This autumn 2022, the restaurant located in theOpéra Garnier has teamed up with St-Germain to offer us a divine brunch with St-Germain Spritz!

We've already told you about CoCo' s Sunday brunch menu . Personally, we love this address, which could not be more central, and which takes place in a mythical location. The lovely green terrace, adorned with large parasols in front of the historic facade, is a real cocoon where we love to relax.

During the month of September, on September 4, 11, 18 and 25 2022 in particular, the restaurant will be pairing its dishes with original St Germain Spritz cocktails.

• Ceviche de Dorade - Agrumes - Avocat (23€) is paired with the signature St-Germain Spritz
  
• Semi-cooked Tuna - Sauce vierge - Broccoli - Ginger (38€) with St-Germain Spritz d'Automne
  
• Assiette mangues et ananas frais (22€) with St-Germain Spritz d'Été
  

As for brunch starters,Avocado Toast with Philadelphia cream and pomegranate rubs shoulders with Croque Monsieur with Truffle or the divine Ceviche of sea bream with avocado and citrus fruit.

For the main course, fans of the creamy Linguine with Blue Lobster will get their money's worth, but gourmands will turn to the imposing Cheddar Burger with fries. Mushroom lovers will turn to the Roast Farmhouse Chicken with Morel mushrooms and mashed potatoes, and vegetarians will be won over by the Pugliese Burratino with heirloom tomatoes.

The desserts are not to be outdone, with Churros with vanilla cream and chocolate sauce,Acai bowl with fruit and Profiteroles with vanilla cream and chocolate.

For the occasion, note that a superb floral sculpture imagined by florist Vincent Le Marre of Friche Paris enhances the decoration of the terrace. Each September brunch guest will also receive a pretty brooch of dried flowers as a bonus.
