Among the beautiful Easter creations 2020, let's discover François Perret's for Ritz Paris. This year, the chef presents his "Oeuf Surprise" [Surprise Egg], an original egg with some surprises in store.
First, François Perret's Easter egg is very tarditional: shaped like an egg and spotted with cocoa nibs. Yet, nothing is classic in this Easter chocolate.
Indeed, when cutting it, we discover that this egg includes several and mouthwatering layers. The first one is made of light and crispy meringue, then, a thin chocolate and marshmallow layer to take us back to our childhood and the whole is lined with roasted nuts (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts).
Crunchy, smooth, delicate and regressive, this Easter creation has everything to delight children and the grown-up children we are.
This Oeuf Surprise is to be discovered by order from March 30 to April 13, 2020 at Ritz Paris Concept Store. Allow €68 for this lovely and original creation.
