The Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse has some wonderful surprises in store for Christmas 2023, with new creations on the theme of the enchanted forest. Venture into this magical forest and meet the little animals that inhabit it, before finally entering the Manufactures' castle.

A collection in the style of a Christmas tale, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Michelin-starred chef's Manufacture de Chocolat! The Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse has come up with a number of sweet treats to liven up the table, or to share with friends at the end of a meal.

A stag with antlers adorns this year's bonbonnière, which hides the new Christmas fritures with almond, hazelnut and coconut pralines under its lid. Price: 62€, 440g in dark or milk chocolate

For Christmas, the robin's-eye adorns the praline hexagon with an almond praline at its heart, with blackcurrant and blueberry inclusions. Price: 17€, 65g in dark or milk chocolate
