For Easter, the Croc' Le Lion entremets is a very chocolaty treat!
Composition: Piedmont hazelnut crunch and toasted corn, Valencia almond dacquoise cake, pop corn and vanillas (Tahiti and Madagascar) crémeux, Pur République Dominicaine 46% milk chocolate mousse, Pur République Dominicaine 46% milk chocolate crémeux.
Also discover the Tigr'oeufs palets (€5.50); they are filled with Piedmont hazelnut praline ganache and a craquelin, the whole covered in milk or dark chocolate.
