Hotel & Spa La Belle Juliette opens its Clos Belle Juliette terrace. In the heart of the left bank, it’s a true place of relaxation and greenery where it feels good to come and relax with friends or on your own.
It’s Flora Mikula, French female chef awarded “Chef of the year” in 2009 (Pudlo) who runs the Auberge Flora, who came up with the snacking menu. For instance, you have the Grignotage du Jardin (€12-22) with boards filled with charcuteries, grilled vegetable antipasti and even a burrata to share.
You can also discover the San Daniele crostini or the vegetarian one (€15-19.5), salads such as the Caesar salad available in small or large size (€11-22), lasagnas, as well as beef carpaccio with pistou (€17) or the Milanese veal escalope (€23).
And you can end on a sweet note with mini babas (€10), a panna cotta (€8) or a warm tartlet (€9).
Moving on to drinks, don’t miss the creations exclusively made for Belle Juliette by Mojito Paris 2011 France’s Champion, Barista and Cocktails World’s Champion 2013 Victor Delpierre. For spring-summer 2019, the mixologist came up with 7 cocktails and several mojito options likely to delight connoisseurs.
