My Free Kitchen), brings out the best of nature in vitamin-packed, light yet delicious dishes. The Poké Bowl is in the spotlight: available as a starter or main course, it is offered in meat, fish or vegan versions. If you're not too keen on poké, the chef offers croques, vegetable crumbles and poached eggs, which are just as appealing to vegans and gluten-intolerant diners as they are to all gourmands.
