It’s a very beautiful place that this new 3-star hotel is which has just opened in Paris 10th arrondissement. La Planque aims at being much more than your average hotel, it’s more like a guest house, a family hotel. In other words, a place where we feel good, like at relatives’. A place with a soul where we can experience a retreat, a break, a getaway and many more…
La Planque includes 36 rooms to welcome travelers and Parisians looking for a new accommodation. Room rates change according to the period, but the average rates are the following: the cozy room for €157, the superior for €227, the deluxe for €247 and the deluxe triple for €282.
La Planque building is set at 3 rue Arthur Groussier, in Avenue Parmentier further back. Indoor architect duo Dorothée Delaye and Daphné Desjeux have entirely redesigned the place. The outcome: a chic and living place, a personal décor made with bargain-hunted elements, sometimes discreet, sometimes disproportionate that create a feeling of being on vacation at friends’ in a house that has lived many lives.
And as its name suggests it, La Planque [The Hideout] is a rather hidden place, the kind of good addresses we jealously keep for ourselves. Because if we can’t stay there for the night, we can enjoy a tree-filled patio to read a book or relax between two exhibitions. A hidden gem!
