Brunches are not always the healthiest meals. If we choose the British version, we end up with beans and tomato sauce, sausages, and fried eggs. If we choose a more sophisticated one, we enjoy Benedict eggs. It’s super good but it’s quite loaded in carbs and calories.
Luckily, there’s still the healthy brunch option and if you fancy the latter, we advise you to have a go at Le Pigalle hotel on March 31 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to discover what M La Vie has concocted.
M La Vie is this new vegetarian canteen set in La Bourse area. For a day, the M La Vie team is taking over Le Pigalle kitchen to offer you a healthy, 100% homemade brunch based on local and organic produces.
Behind the stoves, we have early Le Pigalle cook and currently cooking for M La Vie Jeremy Lesaffre. On the menu, only good things such as: squeezed fruit juices, avocado and kale toasts, gluten-free waffles and even vegan chocolate cake.
To make this day even more relaxing, a masseuse with magical fingers will provide all sorts of massages: head, shoulders, back… so good!
The perfect healthy break that will feel oh-so good!
