Delighted to present their new restaurant in the enchanting setting of the verdant terrace, five-star hotel Les Jardins du Faubourg also presents another mouthwatering novelty: a Sunday brunch available from noon to 3 p.m. The occasion for Parisians and vacationers to treat themselves to a well-deserved break on this confidential and bucolic terrace in the heart of Paris.
And at the helm, Chef Xavier Boireau who really wishes to find the best produces he can. Wonderful, fresh and seasonal dishes filled with local ingredients for an indulging meal.
As for the brunch, amateurs and foodies will be delighted so much the offer is generous. On the menu, sweet and savory dishes on a buffet, to pair with freshly squeezed homemade juices and hot beverages.
Let us start with viennoiseries, cakes, fritters and many breads.
For the savory part, the restaurant serves seabream ceviche with lime, or veal carpaccio with vitelo tonnato sauce. Without forgetting a very wide range of cheese.
Daily suggestions of fish and meat complete the Sunday menu - including about fifteen dishes. The day we came: fish ratatouille, and candied pork with homemade mashed potatoes were available on the menu.
Of course, you can top your brunch with minute-made eggs: omelet, scrambled, fried, soft-boiled… to pair with sides: poultry sausage, bacon, ham, mushrooms, herbs, tomatoes, cheeses.
Moving on to the sweet offer, gourmands will be able to choose between crêpes, waffles, muffins, pancakes, seasonal fruit pies created by the chef. as well as between the chocolate fountain and the cream puffs filled to the order!
Allow €75 for the adult brunch and €45 for the child brunch!
