Since this past August 15, the Hôtels Monsieur (George, Cadet…) have welcomed a new venue: the Monsieur Aristide boutique hotel. This Monsieur Aristide – a four-star hotel – stands in Montmartre, in Paris 18th arrondissement, rue Aristide Bruant.
Set on the Butte Montmartre, Monsieur Aristide, human-sized hotel, features a garden, an inner courtyard, as well as 25 bedrooms some enjoying a terrace around a private garden. Very cozy, the garden level bedrooms have been thoroughly fitted taking into account the special features of the building, such as alcoves.
Monsieur Aristide also houses four fitted duplex suites under the roof.
To pay tribute to the singer Aristide Bruant was, Monsieur Aristide enjoys a jukebox. While music instruments (guitars and keys) are available here and there in the hotel for guests.
The hotel design has been created by indoor designer Marion Collard who went for a mix of vintage, bargain-hunted pieces and exclusive pieces she designed herself. The hotel furniture has been bargain-hunted as well.
Monsieur Aristide tries to be eco-friendly and sustainable as photovoltaic panels and a tank to collect the rain water have been set up.
In addition to being a 4-star hotel, Monsieur Aristide is also a 50-seat restaurant, the Café d’Aristide, covering the lobby hall all the way to the terrace. A market food restaurant serving mezzes among others. The place also unveils a sour cocktail bar. Surprising beverages based on plants and herbs.
Shall we visit this Monsieur Aristide?
