On the menu, gourmet and flavorful dishes highlighting small and local producers for a very attractive price.
This year, a new chef stepped in Odette kitchen: chef Rémi Henaux. The latter provides dishes focusing on seasonal vegetables.
And a few weeks ago, Odette unveiled its new "Marché du Jour" menu available daily, for lunch. Including a savory "amusette", a main course of your choice (fish or meat) and a dessert, you can discover Odette's food for a very soft price (€24).
Even though we were very tempted by this new menu, we went for the "à la carte" options. As a starter, the sunchoke soup, foie gras and coffee-infused jus (€13) comforted us as it was pouring rain outside. As for the einkorn with cashew nuts, marinated salmon, nori seaweed and wasabi (€13), it was very hearty and super fresh.
On the menu, and it's original enough to say it, you'll notice that vegetables are given pride of place. As for main course, we choose chards and colorful carrots served with pastrami-inspired roasted beef chuck (€24) and onions with roasted young rooster and Pont-Neuf potatoes (€24).
Running the kitchen, chef Rémi Henaux puts emotion in the Rostang plates, and we all know that the Rostang family has been known by gourmets for six generations.
To beautifully end, have some dessert. We highly recommend the clementine mille-feuille (€11) or the rum baba flavored with lemongrass and ginger (€11). And don't forget to have a cup of coffee, it's served with freshly baked madeleines!
