L'Alsace, the mythical brasserie on the Champs-Elysées

L'Alsace has its address in Paris, and more precisely on the Champs-Élysées. While the address has been around since 1968, in 2017, the brasserie received a facelift by Laura Gonzalez (no less!). Open all day, the brasserie offers quiches from Lorraine, flammekueches, spätzle gratins without forgetting the local sauerkraut, a must in winter!

Alsatian friends, head to the Champs-Élysées for a real Alsatian meal, a traditional meal in the Maison de l'Alsace, opened in 1968. Here, the continuous service of the brasseries finds the charm of the new addresses, thanks to the talent of Laura Gonzalez, the most prominent designer in Paris.

For Laura Gonzalez, the challenge was to rejuvenate the link while maintaining the Alsatian spirit. The decorator took several months to redo the decor on both floors of the Parisian brasserie, but the result was worth it. Light fixtures from the 1930s rub shoulders with red leather upholstered chairs, for a timeless moment on the Champs-Elysées.

At l'Alsace, you can eat at any time: the restaurant is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to welcome its customers.

For breakfast, you can enjoy the Maison d'Alsace menu at 10,90€ with hot drink, croissant, baguette and fresh fruit juice, or enjoy a gourmet breakfast (or not to say brunch) with hot drink, croissant, baguette, faisselle, fruit juice and scrambled eggs at 18,90€.

And for meals, Alsace offers the best of Eastern cuisine, with onion soup, Flammekueche, quiche lorraine, Alsatian head pie, grilled pig's trotter, sauerkraut, but also seafood (one of the specialties of the house).

Alsace means farmhouse munster cheese made from raw milk, here the cheese comes from the Siffert-Frech cheese factory and is accompanied by Marc de Gewurztraminer, a traditional pretzel.

If you still have room after your meals, you can always try the sweet treats, such as apple strudel, crêpes flambées or let yourself be tempted by a Hermé or Eric Kayser stone cake!

At any time of the day, Alsace is full and it's quite normal, the address charms and delights us even after 50 years of existence. Thank you Alsace !
