To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Le Royal Monceau restaurants are working hard and each offers a special menu.
First up, Peruvian Japanese restaurant by chef Hideki Endo Matsushisa celebrates Valentine’s Day for three days, from February 13 to 15, 2020 with each night, a meal based on dishes created on the occasion.
If you’re more into Italian flavors, restaurant Il Carpaccio serves – on February 14, 2020 – a special menu in 5 courses for €345 including a glass of champagne and created by Filipe Da Assunçao.
As a starter, the crayfish is served three ways, then, we have the taglioni with morels to share and then a sole ballotine coated in black truffle and Piedmont hazelnut ravioli. As for meat, the chef chose some lamb rack and eggplant caviar.
Dessert is by Pierre Hermé and is named – on this Valentine’s Day 2020 – “Coeur Helena”. This super tasty and exclusive creation is available only in this menu (and not available to take away). It’s based on ricotta cream, crispy rochers with caramelized pistachios, oranges, cherries, soft and candied apricots, crispy white chocolate, shortbreads and Infiniment pistache ice cream.
