A charming green setting in the heart of Paris and a natural menu orchestrated by chef Anaïs Foray, here you are at Blossom, the restaurant of the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel.

Located in the 8th arrondissement, not far from the Champs-Élysées, the5-star Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg hotel invites guests to enjoy a quiet, gourmet experience in its Blossom restaurant, carefully concealed in a verdant patio where only the sound of fountains disturbs the Olympian calm.

Chef Anaïs Foray, who has been in charge of the kitchen for three years, has created a chic, natural menu for Blossom that is deliberately short. The menu features a selection of starters, main courses and desserts, all of which feature the finest seasonal fruits and vegetables to accompany a fine piece of meat or a freshly caught fish.

By making a point of selecting local, responsible produce - the fruit and vegetables come from an organic farm in the Perche region - the young chef is laying the foundations for future EcoTable certification, and why not a future green star in the Michelin Guide.

For in the three years we've been coming here to discover the summer menu, Anaïs Foray's cuisine has undeniably become more refined and embellished, ever more refined and cutting-edge, and always respectful of the finest produce; all at a more than reasonable price - €39 for a starter/main course or main course/dessert for lunch or dinner.

This summer, enjoy a crispy tartlet with homemade ricotta flavored with Timut berry, fresh peas, marinated peaches, sumac, pod powder and green herb oil (24€), as elegant as it is light; sea bream and shiso tartare in tempura, ginger, Thai cebette, lime, yuzu, ponzu-marinated tapioca and fresh shiso (25€); fillet of Challand duck roasted with berries, glazed peas and carrots, grilled spring onions, red currant and sumac jus, cranberries, pink berries and grilled buckwheat (35€) or the summer inspiration, a dish ofartichokes and squid (32€), a splendid marriage.

Full of colors, flavors and scents, vegetables prepared in a thousand and one ways, it couldn't be more enjoyable, whether the days are hot or rainy. Of course, it's unthinkable to leave without a sweet note from pastry chef Shereen Khelif. So let yourself be tempted by the house's best-seller, theapricot fan, buckwheat diamond shortbread, apricot chiboust cream, ivory mounted ganache, organic Madagascar vanilla-infused olive oil, tart apricot confit and kasha (13€), and the crispy raspberry gavottes, cloud of Fontainebleau perfumed with honey, orange blossom, raspberry seeds, pollen and raspberry sorbet (12€).

Quite simply, the Blossom is an address that never disappoints.Anaïs Foray 's cuisine is as fair as it is delicate, placing beauty and good produce at the center of the plate through recipes that surpass themselves in sapidity while remaining simple. Sitting quietly under the trees at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg, time seems to have stood still.

Until next year? Yes !
