Alix et Mika, the excellent tartare restaurant in Paris

Whether you’re into fish or meat, the place will meet your needs. Indeed, at Alix et Mika, you make you own tartare. Choose between fish or meat: salmon, tuna, white fish, organic beef, organic veal and the mix of fish or meat. If you are vegan, go for the burrata and its vegetables!

Then, it’s time to choose the recipe. Not less than 10 styles are available so that you can keep things interesting if you want to come back regularly. French, Italian, Greek, Niçoise, Oriental, Tropical… recipes are all different and full of flavors. For me, I went for the Croustillant that combines truffled-aioli, chorizo, straw potatoes, shallots, parsley, cilantro, capers and tabasco. It’s crispy, spicy, soft, sour, with a lovely taste of truffle, it’s all in here. I’ve accompanied my dish with tasty homemade French fries cooked in duck fat, it’s the best.

My partner in crime, who is more reasonable, went for the salmon tartare Poke way. Soy sauce, hazelnut oil, chives, shallots and grains, simple but excellent. She went for the Umami plate that combines quinoa and pickles. And as its name suggests it, it’s full of flavor, it’s a yes for us.

There is a tartare-resistant in your group? No problem, he will be happy with its sautéed tuna served with its crispy risotto or the Black Angus prime rib accompanies by delicious French fries. In the evening, try the barman’s delicious cocktails or pick something from the wine list.
