Recently opened in Paris 11th arrondissement, the new trattoria Ammazza will be your new place to stay if you’re an Italian cuisine fan!

Brand-new address in Paris, Ammazza won’t take long to make locals happy and win their loyalty! Located in rue Saint Sabin, the restaurant and cocktail bar looks very attractive from the outside with its beautiful clean and elegant decoration, borrowed from the former bookstore that used to be here! Very well welcomed by a young and dynamic team, you can enjoy fresh tasty Italian products at lunchtime or dinnertime!

Of course, there’s a large choice of pizzas, from the simple Margherita to the Affumicata (tomato, mozzarella fior di latte, eggplants, cooked ham, basil) or the delicious Truffolata (ricotta, parmigiano, reggiano cured for 24-26 months, mozzarella fior di latte, mushrooms and truffle cream);

Regarding pastas, we had the choice between the classic Bolognese and the delicious spinach-ricotta raviolis:

In terms of dessert, you can’t miss the panna Cotta, delicious with its kiwi coulis:

Or the everlasting Tiramisu: very gourmet!
