Valentine's Day 2020 at Carte Blanche, Sofitel Baltimore

Hôtel Baltimore invites you to its gastronomic restaurant, Carte Blanche, for a Valentine's Day dinner in 2020 that promises to be a tasty affair.

Chef Jean-Philippe Perol cut his teeth at Le Meurice, Pré Catelan and then alongside Frédéric Anton, before joining the Baltimore 's kitchen, where he has reigned supreme for almost 17 years now.

To celebrate lovers in style, he has devised a menu of different flavors. Enjoy it in elegant, refined surroundings, before kissing at the foot of the Eiffel Tower next door.
