L'Abeille, the Shangri La Hotel's two-starred restaurant, invites you to join us from February 8, 2018, to discover an exceptional menu based around the "Black Truffle". Talented chef Christophe Moret has imagined high-flying dishes, where the black diamond is given pride of place.

Since February 8, 2018, L'Abeille has been offering a true gastronomic experience with a menu based around black truffles.
Indeed, two-starred chef Christophe Moret has put this exceptional product in the spotlight and sublimated it by imagining dishes that go wonderfully with it.
