Chang, the new Thai restaurant near Paris Opéra

If you love Thai cuisine and all the original flavors and ingredients and that you’re interested in thinking (eating) outside the box, have a look (or a taste bud) at the creative cuisine of C.H.A.N.G. restaurant located in the historic neighborhood between the Louvre and Paris Opéra. And get ready for a culinary journey in this sober, clean, and elegant décor with shades of blue.

Of course, to accompany your meal, the menu offers many wines, beers and champagnes, but what you really have to taste are the cocktails created by a bartender who comes from a famous Parisian bar.

As for us, we went for a good detox juice with mango and a homemade lemonade (with mint and ginger), and it was to die for!

After quenching your thirst, we strongly advise you to start with the Thai tapas assortment to share:

Crispy shrimp ravioli, squid tacos with lemongrass, SALERS beef skewers, king prawns and herbs rolls… An explosion of flavors in the mouth!
