From April 7 to June 7, 2018, Disneyland will please gastronomy enthusiasts. For its new season, Disneyland launches a “gourmet” collaboration with Jean Imbert.
The challenge? Recreating the famous dishes from Disney movies… Yes! The chef came up with the famous spaghetti dishes from Lady and The Tramp (reinterpreted with organic egg pasta and free-range veal from Limousin), Rémy’s Ratatouille with organic vegetables and Sleeping Beauty’s Cake!
For the 12 dishes on the “Petit Jean” menu, the chef drew his childhood memories to create a unique menu in 12 original recipes. And for delicious recipes, Jean Imbert is getting local products from committed farmers… to enhance flavors!
And, even though Top Chef France season 3 winner gets by in dessert, Jean Imbert asked World’s Best Pastry Chef Cédric Grolet himself to impress us with his “Snow White’s poisoned apple”, a window-dressing apple that already makes our mouths water…
This “Petit Jean” menu in 12 courses (and 5 beverages, wines and champagne glasses) makes our eyes sparkle. Served twice a day (at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.) at Disneyland Hotel restaurant, this menu is unfortunately not for all budgets. Count about €150 for the dinner (€36 for children). A rather expensive rate but correct of Disneyland Hotel restaurant!
