In June 2017, Christophe Adam was inaugurating its new gourmet spot in Paris. After being all the rage with his incredible Eclairs de genie, the pastry chef was taking up a new challenge by opening Dépôt Légal, a new place promoting a laid-back, sharable and quality cuisine based on 100% homemade dishes and fresh ingredients.
With containment exit, Dépôt Légal is creating the buzz again thanks to the reopening of its lovely terrace. Nestled just a stone’s throw from the wonderful and pleasant gardens of Palais royal, this covered, modern and friendly terrace smells like jasmine.
Mixing sweet and savory, Dépôt Légal has been an address known and enjoyed by gourmets.
On the menu, the delicious Croque Vivienne based on fresh truffled cheese, ham and Beaufort cheese, creamy burrata served in a can, or even a "big toasté" with ham, chicken or salmon.
Foodies will enjoy as a snack, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. a giant profiterole prepared with creamy chocolate sauce, served direcly frmo a chocolate fountain, as well as mini-babas served in a bento box with home-mixed rum with citrus fruits to dip in whipped cream, or even a terrine of caramelized apples...
And on Sundays, it is brunch time with fruit juice, warm drink, croissant (or pancakes), poached eggs, and brioche, homemade granola, cocktail, but most of all, a crazy eclair to wrap your meal up.
Safe from the Parisian hustle and bustle, we take the time to have a seat and enjoy delicious dishes cooked by the chef.
