Lovers of eggs in all their forms can meet up at Egg Factory, the first fast-food restaurant specializing in eggs, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. It's a great opportunity to enjoy burgers made with egg buns.

Eggs in every sauce... That's what Egg Factory, a gourmet fast food restaurant in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is all about. The concept? As with Birdy Hamburgers, the idea for this restaurant was born during a trip to the United States, where eggs are generally served in a bagel or croissant, accompanied by cheese and meat. This concept has obviously been adapted to Parisian taste buds, making this culinary experience even more mellow by choosing to serve it in a brioche bun.

To compose your burger, a whole range of fresh products is offered: cheddar, onions, bacon, cream cheese, avocado, salmon... The must-have of burger products. As for the eggs, in order to " serve the best of the best ", all products are free-range and Label Rouge. Even the mayonnaise and desserts (with the exception of the Nutella bun) are homemade.

Benjamin Kam, the establishment's manager, takes product quality to heart: "Today, the image of fast food is often associated with junk food," he explains. He continues: " I want to break down this image and meet the needs of an urban, hurried, young, dynamic and diet-conscious public by offering a fast, quality service .

Burgers we've tried... Our verdict? We loved it! Whether it's the Avocado bun or the Cheese bun, the eggs are the perfect accompaniment to the bacon, avocado or minced meat. The burgers are rather light, and the fries, prepared as they would be in Belgium and 100% homemade, are to die for.

Sandwiches made to order, to eat in or take away, and which can be sold individually or as part of a menu with a drink and/or side dish. And for those with gluten intolerance, the sandwiches can be transformed into a salad, to satisfy every taste bud. Ideal when you're feeling peckish... Shall we go, friends?

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
