Dear meat lovers and foodies, sharpen your knives. Facing Bien Elevé success, the carnivore restaurant in 9th restaurant where you can enjoy, amongst others, a delicious home-cured Angus beef, its founders have decided to open a second address: Bien Ficelé!
This second tasty meat den is set on Boulevard Voltaire in Paris 11th arrondissement.
Like at Bien Elevé, Bien Ficelé modern rotisserie offers the best meats possible: farm pig, Noir de Bigorre pig, first quality free-range poultries, Angus beef… Meats cooked on a spike or braised, it’s up to you.
The cooking smells filter the restaurant and the terrace and whet the appetite as soon as you arrive.
The menu changes, of course, with the seasons. Currently, Bien Ficelé serves as a starter tasty farm pig fritters with Comté cheese and barbecue sauce or a fine smoked Angus beef tataki (very generously) served with soy sauce and nuts.
As main courses, we have – still among others – (fleshy) pork ribs that you can enjoy with beef grease fries and a roasted cockerel served with mashed potatoes.
If you’re more into fish, you won’t be left out at Bien Ficelé since they also have a few starters and main courses based on fish such as ceviche and the catch of the day.
Like at Bien Elevé, meats served at Bien Ficelé are super well sourced, made in the best producers in France: beef and veal coming straight from Châteauneuf and Samuel Fouilliard, fruits and vegetables from the Ferme des pins Sylvestres, the Porc Noir de Bigorre comes from the Padouen collective…
You get it now, you can’t be on a diet if you go to Bien Ficelé. And if you feel some roof left after all this, Bien Ficelé also serves a few homemade desserts based on chocolate, fruits or ice cream, the summer star!
