Pitaya is the restaurant that has decided to make us discover Thai street food. Already present in France with 25 restaurants, Pitaya has just opened its third Parisian restaurant in the 5th arrondissement.
It’s at 5 rue de la Harpe, in the very lively Saint-Michel area that Pitaya has chosen to open its new temple of Thai street food. On the menu, authentic and creative recipes promoting healthy and fresh ingredients. To go straight to the point, street food from Bangkok that has been revisited and adapted to Occidentals’ tastes.
The coolest thing is that with its open-plan kitchen, you can follow the process of your dishes and swim in tasty smells. Here, the flavorful woks are cooked on order and 13 recipes – thought up by chef Nathalie Nguyen – are available on the menu. Pad Thai, Bo Bun, Loc Lac, Nua Kao… a profusion of sweet/savory flavors filled with spices and love of good food. A true invitation to travel.
Moreover, starting July 27, 2018, the restaurant launches a discovery operation: for one dish bought, one dish for free! The perfect way to taste the whole menu!
